Judge accepted appellant's evidence that he turned and started to move while wearing heavy boots and that the push‑off against the floor combined with the boots created an external resistance or leverage sufficient to bring the event within s3(a); injury arose in the course of employment under s6 and appellant satisfied the onus, so the appeal is allowed.
