The Court found the statutory prerequisites in ss99 and 100 were satisfied by the affidavit evidence that due inquiry had been made, the owner was uncontactable and presumed dead, no administrators or descendants were identified, and the property's value exceeded the threshold, and therefore it was advisable to appoint Public Trust as manager; accordingly the appointment order was made.
