Both medical assessors applied AMA4 and the ACC User Handbook, exercised legitimate clinical judgment in apportioning impairment between covered and non‑covered causes, their conclusions were peer reviewed and uncontradicted by other medical evidence; accordingly ACC's decision calculating lump sum on a 16% whole person impairment is correct and must be upheld.
