The accounts dated 31 March 2009 were adequately explained and regular, therefore the court approved them and ordered final distribution in accordance with those accounts (to be updated for accrued interest), but directed that Mr Ian Dewe's share be paid directly to him only if he supplied bank details within seven working days, otherwise his share is to be paid to and held by the Public Trustee Christchurch pending further order; costs of the proceeding are to be met and deducted from Mr Dewe's share with a draft bill to be filed for approval.
