- High Court
The court found a seriously arguable case that Spicers retained proprietary rights in client records under the agreements and, balancing the need to protect Spicers' commercial and regulatory interests against the impropriety of making final ex parte disposals, ordered limited interim relief obliging the defendants to provide copies of all client property and files within five working days and to preserve originals, while granting defendants leave to apply to set aside on three working days' notice and listing the substantive matter for urgent hearing.
