Appellant could not show loss of earnings because he had no earnings immediately before incapacity; drawings and trust distributions are not "earnings" under the Act and the late allocation of a management fee and the 2005 return were unreasonably influenced by the compensation claim and therefore properly rejected by the Corporation.
