The High Court dismissed the appeal: the sentencing Judge did not err in principle and the disparity with the co-offender's sentence was justified by differing personal aggravating and mitigating factors (including assistance to police and uplift for breach of release conditions), so the sentence of two years and nine months is not manifestly excessive.
