Section 18 of the 1979 Amendment must be read as an operative provision applying Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 to the Board and the Trust in respect of all aspects of the mode of administration, including matters specified in the 1924 Act; accordingly the Court has jurisdiction to approve the proposed amendments (including changing the balance date).
