The caveator raised real and substantial grounds to doubt the integrity of the testamentary process (including concerns that instructions were filtered through the beneficiary and that the solicitor had not engaged in a free and frank discussion with the testatrix), and the proponent did not discharge the onus to show the righteousness of the transaction; accordingly the application for administration must be heard in solemn form rather than the order nisi being made absolute.
