The defendant is a bare trustee who received a valid notice under the Trust Deed to transfer the Centaurus Road property to the beneficiaries, she failed to respond or provide a defence, the Court has jurisdiction over the New Zealand property and power to order substituted service and to authorise the Registrar to execute documents; accordingly the Court ordered the defendant to execute the transfer, authorised the Registrar to execute if she failed, and allowed the parents to hold title for their children.
