The Court declined to make a declaratory order as unnecessary and exercised its supervisory discretion to grant limited disclosure: full unredacted Trust Deed and valuation to senior counsel, junior counsel and the plaintiff for inspection (with copying prohibited), with financial accounts and trustee resolutions disclosed to plaintiff and junior counsel only in redacted form excluding identities and amounts of individual distributions/loans; senior counsel may retain a hard copy subject to confidentiality; disclosure to a family adviser was denied; costs reserved and leave to apply preserved.
