WILLIAM DUFFIELD MCKEE v R [2013] NZSC 122
- Citation
- [2013] NZSC 122
- Court
- Supreme Court
Leave to appeal declined because the jury directions were proper, there was no evidential foundation that ss 8, 9 or 19 of the Bill of Rights were engaged or that s 8(2)(c) of the Misuse of Drugs Act required reinterpretation, and the entrapment complaint lacked evidential basis so the supply evidence was properly admissible; accordingly no miscarriage of justice was demonstrated.
