There were no exceptional circumstances under s45 Legal Services Act 2011 in respect of Mrs Goldstone's conduct; accordingly no costs order could be made against her under s45(2), but the Court may specify the amount that would have been ordered absent s45, which in this case would have been costs of $10,109.65 and disbursements of $2,365.96 totalling $12,475.61.
