The Court was satisfied on the evidence that the building suffered widespread weathertightness damage, that a coordinated scheme under s 48 was appropriate and necessary, and accordingly the Court approved the scheme in the form annexed to the amended originating application dated 7 June 2011 and ordered that the scheme be binding on all successors and assigns.
