On the uncontested factual evidence from Frucor witnesses that appellant ceased work on 20 June 1998 and that holiday pay of $787.84 (calculated at 6% on earnings and an hourly rate of $11.25) extended cover only to 27 June 1998, the deeming provision did not extend employment to 29 June 1998; ACC was properly satisfied there had been an error and the review decision upholding the ACC determination of 19 April 2011 is upheld; appeal dismissed.
