The Corporation's decision declining cover was quashed because it failed to properly investigate the appellant's s20(2)(g) consequential injury claim; available medical evidence raised a possible contributory link that required fuller factual and medical inquiry, and therefore the respondent must re-investigate the claim including claimant and medical questionnaires.
