The District Court erred by imposing too large an uplift for the cannabis offending such that totality was not properly observed; a nine month uplift (not 14 months) for the cannabis offending was appropriate, a three month credit for EM bail and a modest one month discount for demonstrated rehabilitation were appropriate, and after allowing a 7 month guilty plea discount the proper end sentence is 22 months' imprisonment; appeal allowed and sentence substituted.
