The Court exercised its power under r 11.9 to recall and amend its judgment because the original judgment contained ambiguous references to the Crown that did not clearly distinguish between the Commissioner of Police and the Crown as represented by the Ministry of Justice, and because justice required correction including specifying which entity should meet interpreter costs.
