Registration was set aside because Fairmount had applied to register the wrong instrument (a Staines County Court judgment which, on the material, the court was not satisfied could lawfully be registered under the Act), and the attempted substantive change to register a different UK High Court judgment could not be effected by amendment under r 1.9 or by correction under r 11.10; therefore s 6(1)(a) required setting aside.
