The application was struck out because it was procedurally defective and, more importantly, substantively an abuse of process: it impermissibly sought to collaterally challenge prior adjudications, bankruptcy consequences and court orders that have already been determined in earlier proceedings, rendering the application vexatious and totally without merit.
