The Court held there was no breach of natural justice warranting refusal of recognition: the Russian court provided the defendant an opportunity after setting aside a default judgment, the defendant elected not to participate or produce originals, there is no evidence the defendant properly adduced the receipts in Russia, and comity requires enforcing a foreign court judgment absent a clear and fundamental injustice.
