Because clause 40 of Schedule 13 prohibits commencing or continuing proceedings in connection with a debt while an entity is in business debt hibernation, and in the interests of justice and sensible case management the Court should exercise its stay power, the Court granted a stay of the proceedings while the applicant remains in business debt hibernation and made ancillary directions requested by the respondent.
