Leave to commence by originating application was granted and the Court held the companies' interests in the unit were held on trust for members of the Body Corporate, so the Crown had no legal interest; accordingly the Court vested the legal and beneficial interests of the struck off companies (Infraserv Assets Ltd and Shortland Offices Ltd) in Body Corporate 206920 Nominees Ltd pursuant to s52 Trustee Act 1956.
