The deceased committed a manifest breach of moral duty by making no provision for her daughter Alice and inadequate provision for daughter Geraldine; the great-nephews had no competing moral claim on the evidence; accordingly the estate should be redistributed equally between Alice and Geraldine and costs paid from the estate.
