The Court directed that the bankrupt remains entitled to call witnesses who must be sworn and examined in the normal way and that, if a witness is not called, the bankrupt may nevertheless produce that person's brief as an exhibit at the conclusion of his evidence but such a document will be treated as the untested statement of its maker and given weight accordingly.
