The court ordered the adjudication of Jeremy Nigel Henderson as bankrupt but exercised its discretion to delay the order taking effect until 4:00 pm on 15 October 2021 to permit the debtor an opportunity to pay the certified outstanding debt of $18,008 together with costs and disbursements of $3,918 in cleared funds to the judgment creditors or their order; if payment is not made by that date and time the adjudication comes into force.
