The Court granted the s 133 directions because the trustees had in fact formed the opinion the Court was asked to bless, that opinion was one a reasonable body of trustees could properly reach given the essentially equal division and absence of prejudice to beneficiaries (including minors), and any conflicts of interest were insufficient to vitiate the decision; consequently the Court directed implementation of the Deed of Family Arrangement and necessary transactions to give effect, and made joinder and representative orders.
