Affidavits and contemporaneous solicitor file notes established that the deceased intended a substitution clause for a predeceased beneficiary's children; the will as executed failed to give effect to that intention; all affected persons were identified and consented; accordingly the court corrected the will under s31(2) Wills Act 2007 by adding the proposed paragraph.
