On the factual evidence the deceased and Brent treated the Tank parts as shared property pursuant to their agreements and conduct with the museum and each other; accordingly the Court, exercising s66 jurisdiction to resolve the legal question of ownership, held Brent was entitled to a 50% beneficial share of the sale proceeds and ordered payment of that share with interest and costs to the fourth respondent.
