Having accepted the Family Court Judge's factual findings and the psychologist's recommendation that fortnightly visits, with modifications, best facilitate restoration and continuity of the relationship, mandatory fortnightly visits were upheld as being in the child's best interests; there was no evidence that compelled visits would cause harm and monthly visits were less conducive to forming a lasting bond.
