Geotech failed to establish an arguable genuine and substantial dispute: invoices sent in September and November 2018 contained sufficient detail for investigation; lack of purchase order numbers did not establish non‑authorisation or defence; provision of worksheets with the statutory demand did not render the demand deficient; evidence supported Mt Grey's entitlement to charge interest at 10% on overdue invoices; no abuse of process was made out; accordingly the statutory demand was upheld and must be paid with interest and costs.
