The Judge was not plainly wrong in ordering $1,200 per week interim maintenance and $12,000 per month contribution to legal costs: the interim distribution offer was conditional and unavailable to the respondent, the respondent has ongoing needs including ongoing legal costs necessary to pursue property claims, the appellant had access to substantial funds as reflected in company accounts, and it was reasonable for interim maintenance to include payment towards ongoing legal costs in the circumstances.
