The application for interim orders was dismissed because Oceanic Palms failed to establish plausible, justiciable grounds of unlawful decision-making (no evidence of bad faith, fraud or corruption), the lease had terminated so there was no position to preserve, and commercial landlord decisions of this nature are not ordinarily subject to broad-based judicial review; accordingly relief under s15 was not warranted.
