The Judge's selection of a 30‑month starting point reduced by generous discounts (including a full guilty plea discount effectively rounded up) producing a 20‑month imprisonment term was within the available sentencing range; the Judge lawfully considered s 16 factors and concluded home detention would not meet the purposes of sentencing given sustained, deliberate perversion of justice, therefore the appeal is dismissed.
