The Court declined to order personal liability for costs against Sharon Hansard and exercised its discretion to order that the D & S Hansard Family Trust pay the plaintiffs' disbursements and costs on a 2B basis, together with interest from the date of demand, because the defence was not shown to be an abuse or plainly hopeless and the issue of authority had not been previously raised such that personal liability was warranted.
