The executors were entitled under the agreement's indemnity clause to recover reasonable solicitor-client costs and disbursements for enforcement; given the size, nature and complexity of the intermingled proceedings and specific additional work (including the electronic bundle), indemnity costs of $62,237.50 and disbursements of $13,058.20 were reasonable and payable by Mr Lawton, and no review of time records was required to so fix costs.
