The Court awarded costs to the successful respondent JL, fixing costs at $10,258 assessed on a Category 2B basis, awarded reasonable disbursements, and additionally awarded JL her reasonable costs and disbursements on a 2B basis for filing the memorandum seeking costs because the appellant did not oppose the sum when prompted.
