The Court, adopting the reasoning of the Attorney‑General's report, approved the proposed scheme amending the 1966 Windsor House Trust deed to remove doubt about applying capital and protecting income for extensions and ordered that the managing trustees may claim reasonable costs of the application from the trust property under s52.
