Medical records, cognitive assessment scores (MoCA 15 and 17 in 2018) and a clinical certification of unfitness within days of execution established that it was more probable than not the deceased lacked testamentary capacity when she executed the 2019 will; no tenable challenge to capacity existed for the 2009 will, which is therefore the last valid will; the retracted allegation of undue influence was unnecessary to decide given the incapacity finding.
