The court found on the balance of probabilities that the appellant's pain and disability from the October 2010 workplace injury caused her incapacity up to the end of the certified period, based on MRI evidence, specialist opinions, colleague statements and temporal relationship; medical certification established incapacity from 3 July 2012 and therefore the appellant was entitled to weekly compensation for the period certified and the matter was remitted to the Corporation to calculate weekly compensation.
