Appellant failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that his right hip osteoarthritis was caused by the farm bike accident; contemporaneous chiropractic radiographs taken 16 days after the accident and later radiographs demonstrated chronic osteoarthritis predating the accident and no radiological evidence of traumatic bony injury, therefore ACC correctly declined reimbursement and the appeal is dismissed.
