Given the absence of contemporaneous records of a back injury in September 2008, the inconsistent accounts and dates, and persuasive expert opinions that no causal link existed between the alleged 2008 event and the certified incapacity, the Court found on the balance of probabilities that ACC correctly declined weekly compensation and that revocation of cover was justified.
