Because the liquidator provided the required reports and voluntary disclosure of fees, the hourly rates and overall fees were reasonable in the circumstances, the liquidator's efforts produced recoveries that would not otherwise have occurred, and no creditor or shareholder challenged the remuneration, the Court approved the liquidator's remuneration and expenses.
