Termination of WLG's liquidation was just and equitable because creditors had been paid or had consented or arrangements protecting their interests were in place, the liquidators' costs were secured by the shareholder, the shareholder would not be worse off, and public interest and future dealings were protected; accordingly s250 relief should be granted.
