The Court granted leave to appeal because the matter raised arguable and important issues concerning continuation of interim name suppression and protection of a fair trial; accordingly the Court imposed an interlocutory prohibition on publication of the judgment and any part of the proceedings until final disposition of the trial and confirmed that the High Court's interim name suppression order remains in force.
