Recall was declined because there was no error in this Court's judgment to correct, Sentencing Act s83(2) precluded cumulative imprisonment where the earlier sentences had been completed at the time of resentencing, s236(2)(c) was not a tenable basis to reopen or remake already served sentences, and the District Court had already acted on this Court's decision so recall was not the appropriate remedy.
