The District Court sentence was quashed and substituted because the appropriate discounts were larger than applied (25% guilty plea, 17% cultural/rehabilitation, 15% restorative justice/remorse/reparation) and full credit for five months in custody should have been applied when converting to home detention, producing a substituted sentence of five months and three weeks' home detention.
