Only creditors who continue to have an ongoing Claim under the DOCA (ie have a current debt or admissible claim) are entitled to vote to approve a variation of the DOCA under clause 23.1 and s 239ADF; former creditors whose debts have been fully paid have no voting entitlement and the meeting must be convened by notice to the Claim Creditors.
