On the balance of probabilities the appellant received some earnings from her contracted respite work at Nan Bell House in April 1994; although the evidence is insufficient to quantify earnings above the statutory minimum, the court deems her earnings to entitle her to the s43(1) minimum full‑time rate of $245.00 per week and allows the appeal to that extent.
