The appeal was dismissed because the Review had quashed ACC's 19 November 2010 decision and directed reassessment which ACC implemented; there was no live issue before the District Court concerning the quashed decision, and the Court therefore lacked jurisdiction to consider the subsequent 15 August 2011 decision.
